What operating system are you using (XP/Vista/Windows 7)?

In Internet Explorer settings, use a proxy address of 127.0.0.1, then add the website you want to permit, to the "don't use a proxy for addresses..." section. You can do this in group policy if you like, then hide the connections tab.
