The following code does not seem to work:

parameterStyle {border-width:1;border-style:solid;border-color:red;}
<input type='text' class='parameterStyle' style='width: 17px' onchange='checkParameter1(this);' />

Please let me know what is wrong.

Thanks!

Please refer below code if you have difficulty in applying style class u have provided.

OR describe in detail what exactly you wanna achieve?

<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css">
.parameterStyle {border-width:3px;border-style:solid;border-color:red;}
</style>

<script type="text/javascript">
function checkParameter1(obj){}
</script>

<body>
<input type='text' class='parameterStyle' style='width: 17px' onchange='checkParameter1(this);' />
