Create a share on windows server and give permission to a windwos user to read write because Linux don not mount without username and pasword and after that execute below given command to mount on Linux box.

# mount -t cifs //<Windows box's IP>/share_name -o username=<user name>,password=<password>  /mnt

To mount that share permanently after reboot as well then make below given entry in your Linux's /etc/fstab file.

//<Windows box's IP>/share_name /mnt cifs  username=<user name>,password=<password> 0 0

instead of /mnt you may created target mount point whatever you want.

For that you have two options, either you can create a samba share on Linux box and then can map on windows box or you can create a NFS share on Linux box and then you need to install Windows services for Unix on your windows box then you would be able to mount.

To create samba share.

When you map you just need to check the box reconnect at logon, same like you do to map windows share in your windows box.
