Thanks for your comment. I was on the road all day yesterday and landed to the same thought - card reader's hidden reservations of drive letters. I checked with those guys and , indeed, this was the case. <br />

Hi!<br />
I have moved 2 users in our domain from Windows XP to Windows 7 desktops. Now, when they log in, their H home drive doesn't attach.<br />
I have checked permissions and tried to open directory from their own computers and had NO issues.<br />
When we go back to their old desktops, Home folder attaches without issues.<br />
We are running Server 2008 SP2 standard and I set home folders up in Active directory user settings.<br />
any suggestions are appreciated.<br />

p.s. Users DO NOT have roaming profiles.
