Exchange logs will not flush

Earlier this week we had a hardware issue on our Exchange server that caused it to crash.  We got that corrected and the server is functioning porperly, but something happened to our Exchange store and we could not mount either the public or private.  I did a restore from tape, and all seemed fine, but now, I cannot get the logs to flush after the backup.  I am running backup exec.  I have also run a few NT Backups on the store, but they fail before commiting the logs.  We are running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003.

I need to get these to commit or the drive they are on will fill up and stop Exchange.  Any ideas?
