emails aren't displaying correctly in chinese

I have an end user that gets regular emails in chinese. She says they're not displaying correctly. What can I do to make the chinese display correctly?

What Operating System Version is she running?
Did it work before?
Is this a new computer?

You'll have to install Multilingual Office 2003

she is running outlook 2003 on windows xp. we installed multilingual office after the email came in, but she says it still doesn't look right. She's a new user on a new pc.

Just to be sure, were do I install multilingual office from? from the cd or a download?

I think it's from a CD. She might need to enable it on the computer, though...
