Cheskdisk call for a reboot?..to lock out the drive.
I am attempting to address the "any disk isssue" of this question "not bad sector" part.
You could use http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=09115420-8c9d-46b9-a9a5-9bffcd237da2 which allows you to check disk I/o ratios..this program could also show other related problems which might 'appear' to be harddrive problems

You could check with Perfmon [performance monitor] and you assign counters to the disk object but the problem with this is you might not have a benchmark for drive working as usual..but it can give you some abnormalities..

This is what i would do if your drive qualifies the prerequisites:  This program checks the smart utility attributes for values that indicate a problem..quick and easy..does not work on scsi or raid..When you run it you can click the "smart" tab for history and info..to look at a long list of smart attributes.

Just as a sideline: It is interesting that I just ran [spinrite..drive is locked out] on a drive and it found, marked and relocated to other sectors but smart still reports the drive with "replace drive"
I believe my comment was more accurate in that it addressed the issue..How to check with disk online?...i referred to that discrepancy immediately in my comment and concentrated on online checks.

Given the short question without much detail, I should not have accepted any answer. But that one was the first, and addressed exactly what has been asked for - as far as we can guess.
Chkdsk allows online check, but not online repair.

Your post was confusing - you are likely talking to a beginner. To make your answer valid, more would have to be explained, in a simple way.
