Well, here is what is going on. A user at one of my accounts just emailed himself from home to his business account, and he is getting a bounce back.  It looks like Comcast is blocking him. I called them twice and they said its the companies anti spam software and not them.

The Company is using: A Win 2008 Server with exchange and TrendMicro Worry free suite.

If you look at the bounce back, am I correct in assuming its Comcast?

Also I did a Whois Ip lookup  which is pasted below it and shows me its Comcast!!!

Well, looks like Comcast to me. You could try emailing to abuse@comcast.com and attaching this report. IMO these are the guys that also take care of the spam system (also, CC to support@comcast.com).
