Oracle-00822 issues,

We upgraded to oracle and have had Mutex issues as well as Ora-00822 MMON crashes, has anyone else seen this behaviour if so what did you do to resolve it.

    Check the alert log for additional information.  You will likely need to open a SR with Oracle support in the trace files don't point you in a general direction.

    hi Laurianne,
    - on 11g onwards, library cache operations have been changed to use mutex instead of latches. the ORA-822 is one of the symptom related to this change which you need to read further Doc ID 9795214.8 on Oracle Metalink.
    - you need to contact Oracle Support to report this bug and to get the patches.

    Excellent, that is the direction we are working towards with Oracle, they are currently backporting the patch for our environment.
