I am trying to encrypt a zip file containing a csv and a text file.<br />

I rt click on the zip file go to WinZip/Encrypt.<br />
I enter a password and select Mask Password and 128-Bit AES<br />
Then click OK.<br />

How ever when I checked and tried to open the zip file it opens immediately without requesting the password<br />
Can anyone see where I am going wrong please?<br />

Zip File Encryption

Encryption is the process of encoding messages or information in such a way that only authorized parties can read it. In an encryption scheme, the intended communication information or message, referred to as plaintext, is encrypted using an encryption algorithm, generating ciphertext that can only be read if decrypted.
