hide scroll bars if no scrollable content

http://test.huskyshoponline.com/

In Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari, the "scroll bars" show up for the main content area, even though there is nothing to scroll to.

What causes this?

How to fix?

thx

    overflow:scroll;

}

Open in new window
