Hosting email issue

All of a sudden, last two days ago, our "request for information" page doesn't work.
We are hosted with Earthlink.
I have a simple form where people supply info and then click submit.
The "action" of the form (using MS Web Expressions) is _vti_bin\shtml.exe.
This file appears to not be in the directory... am I on the right track here?

That is part of the Front Page extensions and there have been a lot of security issues with them.  You need to ask Earthlink hosting about that.
