I would recommend if the data is that important that needs recovery, that you contact a specialist Data Recovery company, although costly, this is your best chance of recovery, and they will be able to advise on costs, and if they can recover the data.

Try contacting Kroll Ontrack Data Recovery

All you should need to have done was to replace the failed drive and the raid 5 should rebuild the array.  Is the NAS bad, too?

the nas has 4 drives, one drive failed one month ago, but we continues working, now the other drive failed, degragged, but it is detected by windows, I attached the 3 drives to pc , the are detected
thank you alot

The 4th drive was a spare which started being used by the raid when the first drive failed.  You still have all of the data on the two remaining drives; but, (!!!!!!) your smartest course of action is to run, don't walk to the nearest BestBuy, Office Depot, or computer store and buy two new 2 TB drives.  Put the NAS back together with one of the new drives, let it rebuild, then add the 2nd new drive so you get your spare back.
Here is the support page and you should use the Storage Support manager to vefify the rebuild.
