Citrix blue screen vdtw30.dll

I have a citrix server running Citrix XenApp 5 FeaturePack 3 on a Windows 2008 32 bit OS.  I received a blue screen error message that points to vdtw30.dll as the culprit.  I have already installed Citrix Hotfix XAE500W2K8071 and this did not fix the problem.  Are there any other ways to resolve this problem?

vdtw30.dll refers to the Citrix display driver. Doing an analyze- v on a minidump may sometimes point to this, but much more information can be gleaned from a kernel or complete memory dump.
In short, there are many reasons why the server can point to this file in its dump.

It is sometimes the case that upgrading graphics drivers can resolve the issue, and the same applies to other possible files that could be checked in a full dump.

In the previous versions, scheduled reboots and disabling speedscreen temporarily helped resolve the issue for some who were unable to install the hotfix,

How do you do a analyze -v is this a command line command?  If so, what software do you need.  I have been analyzing crash dump files using the WinDbg tool.
