How to add URLs to SharePoint page?

Hello,

How do you add links to sites (i.e. msn.com) to a SharePoint page? I tried added URLs to a list, but there did not see to be a way to do this. Just looking for a way to add maybe 20 links to a SharePoint page.

Create a Links list, populate the list with your links, then add the list on to a page via a web part.

In addition to the links web part, you can use summary links web part for displaying links on your web page that can be grouped and styled.

Refer the following for more details

you can add a new column of type "Image or URL" to any List or Document Library and use it to add links to your items/documents
