Exchange 2010 stores not showing up in E2K3 System Manager

Hi We very recently installed E2K0 server as a part of our migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
Installation was clean install and everything works fine. Exchange 2010 environment has two servers 1 for MB and 1 HT and CAS roles

Issue #1
I cant see the Exchange 2010 server and when try to drop down the stores, nothing listed in Exchange 2003 System Manager. So I cannot create new mailboxes in the Exchange 2010 stores and I have to create the Mailbox in 2003 and then do a "move request" in Exchange 2010

Issue #2
I moved couple of mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to 2010, the request were successful and i can access those mail boxes using the 2010 OWA and Outlook is working fine.

But all the mailboxes are still listed in the "Recipient Configuration -> Move Request" with move request status "Completed".
Is this the normal behavior of exchange 2010? Because when I right click Mail boxes in "Move Request" there is a "Clear Move Request" which eventually reverts back the mailbox to exchange 2003 store.

Many Thanks
SK

Ans:- You wont be able to see Exchange 2010 server Stores from Exchange 2003 system Manager. You will have to use Exchange 2010 Management console to create new mailboxes.

Ans:- All move mailboxes request will show up in Move Request and after move mailbox process is completed it will show as completed and you can then clear the move request for the mailbox.  Thats a normal Behavior.

You can see the exchange 2010 stuff in 2003 System Manager, but not in the same place as your 2003 stores. Exchange 2010 stuff is in a different Admin Group, so select the second admin group in the 2003 system manager. You will not be able to do anything to 2010 Exchange using 2003 System Manager.

Move requests appearing in the node is normal. Select all and "Clear Request" by right clicking. You need to do this as you wont be able to move those mailboxes again, unless it is cleared.
