Old exchange server showing up when I run Best Practices Analyzer

I did a successful migration a couple of weeks ago from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010
When I run the Best Practices Analyzer, it finds the old exchange server which has been ecommissioned, exchange was removed from it successfully and dcpromo'd

Is there a fix for this?
