send textbox message from winform to another user over network VB.NET 2003

Hi Experts,

I wish to replicate 'Net Send' to communicate with another user over a network.

My Winform has textbox and send button.

I simply wish to type a message into textbox and click send, they should see a popup box with message on their system.

I've turned on messaging services to prevent complications. I have no code as I simply don't now how to achieve it.

Thanks,
Roberto

Hello, recently I did this example for another member, it uses UTP, maybe can be useful for you too:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/Visual_Basic.NET/Q_26971367.html?cid=1131#a35445420

But of course you need to make some littles changes to make it work in the way you need, by example, the sender need to send the message only to an IP address, not broadcast it.
