Getting Error Message while trying to launch Citix published application from XenApp plugin

I've getting error message "The Remote server failed to execute the application launch request. Please contact your administrator for further details" when trying to launch Citix published application from XenApp plugin.

I'm also getting and error message while trying to launch the same published application from Program neighbourhood. Error message "Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp Server. The Citrix XenApp Server you have selected is not accepting connections.

This is test network I rebuilt this morning! I've also disabled all firewalls. I noticed that I am getting XenApp Servers error message in the Event log and I've uploaded the screen shots.

Are the Citrix Gateway settings on the client set correctly?
Make sure citrix server is up and IMA and XML service is running properly.   Are you accessing the App through CAG/VPN or on Local network?
