I've managed to get unison working from a windows to a windows machine by setting up an ssh server on one of them and setting up cygwin on both.<br />

It works fine my only issue is it seems i'm stuck into referencing files and folders that reside within the cygwin /home/ directory on both machines. How can I scope to any folders on any of the two machines?<br />

unison /home/newton/myfolder/ ssh://newton@192.168.1.110<wbr />/myfolder<br />

this syncs /home/newton/myfolder to /home/newton/myfolder on both machins where /home/newton is really C:\cygwin\home\newton<br />

How can I sync for instance C:\myfolder2?<br />
