google chrome problem

Client says google chrome works great on laptop, but on the desktop running windows xp when he opens google chrome the screen is kind of  offset and he cannot get clear over to the right. Any ideas what's causing this?

    Windowed or fullscreen?, has he got another display(even if turned off) connected? Sort of need more info to be able to help.

    The page is maximized and cannot be dragged or moved

    Chrome is not great at displaying on a low rez screen, whats the screen rez?
