How do I change the CP_ERR_NOPAR  that custom properties displays when there are no matching results to something like "No results found."

Hi,

This seems to be a string that is not in your language file.
Take a look in languages folder and find the appropriate extension
relate to this message

find CP_ERR_NOPAR in  the original english version then copy paste the string into your other language file

Which extention do you use on that page?

the translation files are :
language\en-GB\en-GB.com_customproperties.ini
language\en-GB\en-GB.mod_cpsearch.ini

If, for any reason, the files are not there, you can retrieve them from inside Custom Properties zip file and then upload them to your site.
The translation files are plain text files and very easy to modify.
