Report Scheduled from Central Management Console to FTP Site Delivers File with Zero Bytes - No Data

Hello Experts,

I have scheduled a report to a FTP site destination, and formatted it to arrive in a CSV format, but when it arrives at the destination site, the file has zero bytes and zero data.  I can deliver the same file in CSV format to a local folder (destination: unmanaged disc), with the data, and I can also from the Crystal Enterprise server using a local FTP client, upload a csv file with data.

Do you know what would cause the Crystal Enterprise Server to deliver empty files to a remote FTP site?

Thank you for your help with this.

The permissions are correct.  The account is correct.  Here is one more piece of info: the error message with the failure of the scheduled report is:       Error Message: connection error. CrystalEnterprise.Ftp: WSA0

Any other ideas?

Thank you very much for any advice.

Thank you for that idea, unfortunately I don't have access to the FTP logs - it is not my FTP server.  I will send a request to the FTP destination people asking what port number I should use.  If anyone has any additional ideas, I will be interested.

Thanks again.
