Acually i Seen these but none of these helped. I am not running sbs for one. and second i have a tester and it says active sync is fine. But thanks anyways. I work on it later cause i am off for a week. So i accept this as an answer.

The phones where working then all of a sudden they stopped working. I use a tester and it says active sync is working fine. I have check all my settings on the server all check out. i have restarted the services even rebooted the server. Anything i could be missing?
