Help! Whole site is down - the page isn't redirecting properly firefox

I don't know what is going on.
I get this error
The page isn't redirecting properly
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.
I tried setting a break point in my default page and even in the masterpage to see what was going on, but it won't even hit the breakpoints.
I did some clean up in the program, removed unused dlls and rebuild. I also added a view to my datacontextclasses (linq). Also, at some point the VS Studio 2008 program froze (happens all the time), but as always it restarts. But now I can't run the program!!!
I did move some stuff around in web config, I've attached it, just in case I am just not seeing the problem from frustration.

You that you moved some things around in the web.config. Do you have any idea which section you were in?

I see that the </customErrors> tag is in a commented out section above the starting tag. Move it below line 124.

Yes, but there is another custom errors section on 123.

I cannot even run the program, on my computer or the web.
What's going on??????

Had to replace web.config in order to get it back on-line
