How to slide a div using Jquery or mootools or similar

I have  a div with id "divbrown" with css:

     top: 0px;
     left: 0px;

I also have an image button. On clicking this image button I would like the divbrown to slide/glide across my page from the coordinates mentioned above to top:0px and left 500px. I would like this slide animation to decelerate/ease out (slow down) as the div approaches the end coordinates.

Can I achieve this using Jquery or Mootools or similar? How? Please help.
Thanks in advance
