Can a user have multiple SID and how to assign another id to user

What is it you want to achieve? Why would you want multiple SIDs? What could it do that a user can not do now?

No - at least not unless you count the use of SID history (usually used when migrating domains). You can rename an account - and it will keep the same SID, but what are you trying to do ?

I agree the points should have been split - a bit harsh to say I added nothing - SID History could have been relevant as could have been the fact that renaming an account retains the SID.
