Highlight duplicates in range of cells

Columns C, D, and E contain stock symbols.  I want to "highlight only" any duplicates that exist anywhere in that range of cells, regardless of where the duplicate appears.  Assistance is greatly appreciated.

How about applying the following conditional formatting to cell C3:

=COUNTIF($C$3:$E$268,C3)>1

and show the text in Red (or whatever you like)

Then Copy cell C3 and Paste-Special | Format into the remaining cells from C:E
?

Attached is an updated version (although I updated in 2007 so I'm not sure if it will load properly in 2003.)
