I am using MDT 2010 Standard Client Replace Task Sequence to refresh my target machine with a custom .wim image I have already prepared.

After the entire process finishes and I login with the same user that initiated the LiteTouch.vbs script in the deployment share, the LTI process begins again... help?

Have you waited until the finish summary window comes up before you log out and login again ? It can take a moment , like half a minute.
