New Exchange 2007 CCR

i have already running with my setup H/C/M/E role installed of exchnage 2007 on different hardwares. i planning to make my existing mailbox server as Active node so will it be possible or not as iit is already in production.

Need to be bit more descriptive regarding your setup.

Once you have Exchange 2007 mailbox server role installed, it is not possible to make it part of a CCR. You need to introduce new server, install Exchange, configure CCR and move all mailboxes to that one-server CCR. Then uninstall Exchange from existing server and then install Exchange as a passive CCR node.

There is no in place tweaks/upgrades to make a mailbox server part of CCR.
