How many ways to achieve high Exchange 2010 availability?

I am planning the deployment of 2010 with the high availability (HA) in mind. In order to discuss, I list a few questions. HA means max 4 hours downtime. User community: 150-300.
1. How to achieve HA using Exchange built-in features if I have two Exchange 2010 boxes at the same site?
2. What thrid party software can I use to achieve HA if I have two Exchange 2010 boxes at the same site?
3. How can I achieve HA if I have two Exchange boxes at different sites over 3Mbps WAN link?
Is using Exchange built-in features or thrid party solution still feasible over 3Mbps WAN link?

Thanks.

Exchange 2010 built-in HA and third party HA (neverfail or doubletake), what is your take given that the user community is 200-300 and why?

Oh, by the way, the link for neverfail is www.neverfailgroup.com not www.neverfail.com
I mean to assign the points and close it. I am not sure why it is stuck here.
Please assign points equally for each answer.
