If you have access to Adobe Photoshop, I recommend using the ImageReady function... simply add frames and hide layers in a sequence... worked for me on many occasions.

If you need help with this, let me know.

Thanks,
Roberto
Sorry I know you mentioned IPad, but I too am a MAC users and have an iPad... you could construct the presentation and then use isquint to import to iTunes and finally deliver it to your iPad,

Sorry, but I have to warn that Roberto's suggestion will take a lot of effort to be done properly. Photoshop is not a animation tool, so using it means draw frame by frame of your animation. For a simple animation, 10 seconds, 10 frames every second, just to the math =  100 pictures to be draw...

It depends on just how big and complicated the presentations is?

Hey all,
Thanks for the responses. I have used aftereffects and motion before but thought maybe there is a simpler solution since a lot of these are coming out !

By the way does prezi allow making a  continuous movie ? Thought its mostly for presentation ?
You can download the Desktop Version and create a Executable file from it. To create a movie, some people suggest using a screen capture tool, like FRAPS. FRAPS can capture in real time, so should not be a problem create videos with good quality using the mentioned tools
