We are looking at probably a portal or system where we can retrieve information such as speakers info, companies' info and business focus, etc. We are not looking at a HR system however.

If it is an institution we will be needing information such as,
Types of Degree / MBAs, etc:
These information will be entered or scanned into this portal, allowing staff to retrieve these information with ease. And at the same time allowing us to add new fields, assisting us in our research.
