Setup gmail filter

Is it anyway possible to filter in gmail if im in the cc copy to archive the mail?
I got 2 ideas but dont know if eighter is possible to setup,

1.
if email is FROM  bob@email.com  and CC is to mike@mail.com
then archive

OR 2.
if email is FROM bob@email.com  and TO does NOT  contain  mike@mail.com

Try creating a Filter and adding "CC:<<email address>>" to "has the words" field.

So:

1. Go to Mail Settings
2. Click on Filters
3. Click on Create New Filter
4. Type in "CC:<<email address>>" in Has the Words field (no quotes)
5. Click "Next Step" Button
6. Select options of where you want the email to go
     - I use Skip the Inbox and Apply the Label and have it just sent to s specific folder
7. Click "Create Filter" button

That should do the trick, let me know if that works for you

Yes, there are two fields on the right.  The one on top says "Has the words" for the field.  You would enter in "CC:your email address" in this field, without the quotes.  And then follow the remaining directions and you should be set.
