Sounds like they've only been talking one way for quite a while. Tombstone is what happens when a DC cannot communicate with another DC.<br />

Can you ping/trace both ways?<br />

when we replicate our DC to DR ADC. the replication is ok <br />
but when we try to replicate the DR ADC with our DC. it gives following error <br />

The following error occured during the attempt to synchronize naming context DPHFL.in from domain controller DPHFL-ADC-DR to domain Controller DPHFL-PDC001<br />
The active directory can not replicate with this server because the time since last replication with this server has exceeded the tomestone life time.<br />
The operation will not continue <br />
