Excel sheet wont open

I have an excel sheet that comes in via Outlook 2007 SP2 as an attachment. Everyday i get the same attachment called ITS-1.xls but for whatever reason i can no longer open it. The file opens on any other PC with no issues. I also had someone rename it for me and when they emailed it to me it worked just fine. I attached the error i recieve when trying to open it. thanks

    outlook 2007, Tools-->Trust center-->add-ins--> at the bottom of the screen select "COM Add-ins" then click GO .. disable or enable any add-in listed. close outlook and restart .. reverse the add-in you changed ... close outlook, restart outlook and you will be working once ag

    The fact that renaming it works makes me think you have an issue with old copies of the file in your Outlook temp folder. Have a look at this article to resolve that:
