Global navigation tab

Whenever I active the Publishing Infrastructure Feature for my site collection it enables the Navigation settings (which is great). What it does do though (which bothers me) is automatically creates a Global Navigation tab that is the same name as the Title of my Site. How can I hide this  title tab?
