Sync Toy Schedule and Failed Job

I love Sync Toy and want to start using it in lieu of roaming profiles..much faster..but is there a way to ensure that if a job doesn't sucessfully run in the Task Scheduler, I can get a notification from that particular system.  Even if it writes a text file to a shared drive so I can monitor this?  Any help would be appreciated. I'm using syncToy inside a batch File:

    C:\Program Files\SyncToy 2.1\SyncToyCmd.exe" -R "Backup" > c:\Backup\Report\sync_report_%.txt

and run this batch within the Taskplaner.

After syncToy has finished, i use BLAT to send the txt file via E-Mail.

That could work..but did not know if I could get a notification of failed jobs I don't have to read the text files. Leo
