Intro to MS SQL and SSRS

Hi, can you please recommend a few resources/books/training courses in order to get a working knowledge of the basic/most commonly used MS SQL features? Like a crash course that can get me up to speed in a month of intensive reading?

Thank you

Hi,
A few books you might enjoy:

http://techbus.safaribooksonline.com/book/databases/microsoft-sql-server/9780470179543

Something about just the SQL language:

This online SQL course is a little superficial but it will get you going:
http://www.sqlcourse.com/index.html

The W3C introductory course is good too:
http://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp

And as far as reporting services is concerned, here is a nice one:
http://www.mssqltips.com/tutorial.asp?tutorial=222

This one is nice too:
http://www.accelebrate.com/sql_training/ssrs_2008_tutorial.htm

and for specifics there is always the Microsoft tutorials page for SSRS 2008:
