Removing DNS records from DHCP clients

I want to automatically remove dns records from hosts when their DHCP lease has expired. The other option would be update the existing record. Currently, there are old records from clients whose lease has expired, and this causes dns problems when trying to connect or identify a client. We are using windows 2003 server for dns
