Can I offer a Project Server functionality as a service to 3rd party companies

Hello, I want to know if I can offer Microsoft Project Server functionaly as a paid service to companies that are my costumers, so that I create theirs projects and give them training to use the software. Thanks.

    there are a few options to do this.
    You can run the hardware and infrastructure for your customers (and charge them for that) but they (and each of them) need to purchase the licenses needed. If your customers want/need to access the Projectserver for their own users then they need the corresponding client licenses as well.
    Another option is to host Projectserver and Project Pro for your customers under a SPLA agreement that requires monthly invoicing based on the number of actual users in each month.
