Yes, I can get newsfeeds to show up, but only if the user tags the page mynewsfeed page, which is at the root of my mysites &nbsp;<a href="http://people.com/default.aspx" rel="ugc">http://people.com/default.aspx</a>. &nbsp;If I try to tag another page, or another site collection, it will not show up unless I login as an admin.<br />

So I can tag/view tags on the page mynewsfeeds for everyone. &nbsp;I can tag/view tags for everyone as long as I am viewing with an admin account. &nbsp;I can't view public tags as a non-admin account unless the tag was on the page mynewsfeeds (they do show up in the tag cloud though).
