Installing sp2 on exchange 2007 getting error

I am installing sp2 for exchange 2007 and keep getting the error setup cannot continue with upgrade becasue the beremote process ID 4724 has open files

    This means your BackupExec backup agent has files locked.

    disable the agent and also check the following article out:
