Cannot access ASP webpage

I am attempting to configure a W2003 Server to host an ASP website built in VB with .NET 2.0.
I first created a virtual directory to the site files but recieved an error message about the SQL connection, but the default.aspx page was being read.  I then installed the .NET 2.0 SDK and ran aspnet_regiis.exe, removed the site, restarted the server, and reinstalled the site in IIS.  Now I get "The page cannot be found".  Other non-ASP sites hosted from the server are working fine.  I am trying to connect using http://localhost/jobmanager (jobmanager being the alias of the Virtual Directory.

I found that the some .NET and ASP fuctions were 'prohibited' on the server.  I've enabled them and now I'm getting an "Unable to open the physical file "C:\'filepath'\'database'" error message.

As for your suggestion- I don't have a convert option, just the usual Explore, Open, Permissions, Browse adn so forth.

Found the problem- if you attach to the database in SQL Express Man Studio, it cannot be accessed by IIS.  Simply detaching the database made it start working.
