Also check from a local Outlook install, <b>File </b>&gt; <b>Info </b>option (left side nav) &gt;&nbsp;<b>Account Settings</b> dropdown &gt;&nbsp;<b>Account Settings</b> &gt;&nbsp;select the Exchange account in question &gt;&nbsp;click the <b>Change </b>button above &gt;&nbsp;<b>More Settings</b> button &gt;&nbsp;<b>Security </b>tab &gt;&nbsp;make sure <b>Always prompt for logon credentials</b> is unchecked.

Also check from a local Outlook install, File > Info option (left side nav) > Account Settings dropdown > Account Settings > select the Exchange account in question > click the Change button above > More Settings button > Security tab > make sure Always prompt for logon credentials is unchecked.

About the network: new SBS2008 common setup and configuration. &nbsp;users are asked for their user name and passwords every time they open Outlook. Any ideas? <br />

No problems logging into their workstations, no problems placing the computers in the domain only when users open Outlook for the first time are they prompted and they have selected &quot;remember password&quot;.
