I have a report set up just the way I want it in terms of headers, footers, margins, fonts etc.  It's linked to Tbl1 at the moment.  I now want to use the same report struture for Tbl2.  I've copied and pasted the Report but how would I bind it to the fields in Tbl2?  Thank you.

    Accepted Solution

In a MS Access report you would change the RecordSource for the report (Report Properties --> Data Tab --> Record Source).

In MS Excel, you'll need to change the cell references for any charts or graphs to point at the new data.

Thank you; I used the info for an Access report, and it worked just the way I expected.
