Good Book on AGILE with SCRUM

I am looking for a good introductory book on using Agile with SCRUM. I am a project manager and have been thinking on implementing  AGILE with SCRUM for my projects

Any good recommendations on managing Agile projects using SCRUM?

Thanks in Advance.

Who is Participating?
There are many many books on Agile development and maybe as many on SCRUM. Some look at it from the design perspective, others from a metalevel, but to learn and 'feel' SCRUM to come to life in your head, find a book that is describing the practical team level work.
One book that I recommended before is "Agile Software Development with Scrum" by Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle. Very practical introduction to SCRUM with a load of real time examples that makes you not wanting to wait any longer to start off.
You may also read about eXtreme Programming to learn more about the roots of SCRUM which used to be a wrap around XP in the first place.
I am momenteraly reading "Agile Estimating and Planning" by Mike Cohn. It is not related directly to SCRUM, but gives many ideas to implement (and not implement) as an agile project manager.

By the way, you never implement SCRUM by yourself. Consult your team and get into it together. While reading you will learn why :)

Good luck.
