I need to upload a video to facebook but all I have is an SWF file. How do I convert that to something I can upload? I downloaded a program called xilisoft which supposedly does that but it won't accept SWF files. ??  The intended user won't accept SWF files themselves, so i need to convert it to mpeg4 i guess or something like that.
