I have larger pictures of varying shapes and sizes, that I need to fit 494x330. <br />

I have 2 options:<br />
1) Change image size to &nbsp;494x330 (but it shrinks everything and includes all the background)<br />
2) Crop it to 494x330.<br />
<br />
I would like to see what kind of image I would get with a crop, I would like a fixed crop size, and then move it around the image to see the best look - how do I do that with photoshop cs5?
