How can I make it so that whenever a URL hyperlink is opened in Internet Explorer 9, it always opens in compatibility mode by default?

I only need this one particular hyperlink to do this.

All of the other websites and hyperlinks can open using the default Internet Explorer 9 settings.

The operating system is Windows 7 64-bit.

How can I do this?

    The only way I know of, is if you own the site you're linking to, so you can set another meta data:
    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />

    Open in new window

    As far as I know, you can't do it via a link-tag (<a href=""></a>).

    You should be able to do this by adding the site to the Compatibility View Settings (Tools > Compatibility View Settings).

    You should be able to add the site (e.g. to a list like this:
